The following two referral physicians of the Swiss Centre for Liver Disease in Children are fully responsible for the content of this website: Dr Valérie McLin and Prof. Barbara Wildahber. Each article, page supplement and update are validated by one of the two physicians in charge and then translated by an official translator into the three languages before being made available online by the editorial manager, Roxane Grant, a trained paramedic.

The information provided via this website is intended to improve and not to replace the relationship existing between the patient (or the visitor of this website) and his/her physician.

The main purpose of this website is to satisfy the needs and answer the questions of the patients and families who are interested in liver transplantation.

It may also be of interest for the healthcare professionals.
